Glass is the most magical of all materials.

I have a secret passion for glass blowing, and I really admire Dale Chihuly. Each Nashville exhibition featuring Chihuly's creations has been a source of inspiration for me. I dream of visiting his studio or taking a glass blowing class someday. While these dreams await fulfillment, my current endeavor—a museum brochure for a previous Chihuly exhibit at the New York Botanical Garden—is an homage to his work. It is more than a task; it's a celebration, an opportunity to infuse his artistry into an informational masterpiece. Through design and words, I aim to capture the enchantment of Chihuly's work, sharing a glimpse of the glass symphony with those who, like me, appreciate its beauty. I was inspired by a photo of one of Chihuly’s pieces framed by two pillars. I wanted to mimic that framing and ‘open the doors’ to the botanical garden’s exhibit.
